Job Description

Are you a dynamic and proactive individual ready to take on the challenge of managing medium to high complexity projects? Look no further! We're seeking a talented Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery, engaging both internal and external stakeholders, and impacting multiple project teams, business processes, and IT systems.

 

What you'll do

 

Project Management & Governance:

  • Assess project complexity and scope for effective approval and prioritization.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder registers and communication plans.
  • Facilitate project engagements to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
  • Establish project governance structures and management templates.
  • Create and communicate project schedules with clear roles, responsibilities, and milestones.
  • Manage contract and procurement processes in compliance with finance and procurement policies.
  • Identify, record, and address project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Communicate changes in roadmaps and schedules to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor project team's time logging for accurate billing and costing.
  • Track task completion, manage risks and issues, and provide project status updates.

  • Review project management practices and suggest process improvements.
  • Evaluate performance measures to identify areas for enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in medium to high complexity environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement initiativess
