Derivco South Africa is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Portfolio Manager to be part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership Collaboration: Work as part of a senior leadership team, aligning the service portfolio with the strategic objectives of product creation teams. This role demands a leader who can seamlessly integrate efforts, ensuring the successful deployment and support of products in production.
• Strategic Facilitation: Empower the portfolio’s strategic direction by fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Your leadership will ensure that operational activities are fully aligned with the broader goals of the Player Experience business unit and Derivco as a whole.
• Technical Insight and Decision-Making: Utilize a strong technical foundation to understand and evaluate proposals from teams, ensuring decisions support strategic objectives and operational excellence.
• Relationship Management and Collaboration: Build and maintain robust relationships within the senior leadership team and across the organization. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the success of cross-functional initiatives and projects.
• Service Excellence and Innovation: Champion superior service delivery within the portfolio, focusing on customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of operational processes.
