We are currently looking for a Manager: Design to join our team!

Role Overview: Lead and inspire a creative team to develop and execute innovative design solutions that align with the brand and business objectives. Manage the entire design process, from conceptualization to execution, while fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. Ensure consistency in visual communications across platforms and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:   

• Develop and implement design strategies that align with the brand identity and business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Ensure design work adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards, conducting regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain consistency and excellence in design.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and software development teams to integrate design solutions seamlessly into projects, facilitate effective communication and collaboration between design and other departments

Key Qualifications:

• 5-8 Years of experience with 5 years of experience in UI/UX Design and at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is required. Portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects across different platforms (web, mobile, etc.)
• understanding of job-related concepts with specialization in some areas

• Design Software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma)

• Thorough understanding of business domain, business strategy and long-term objectives
